LIST OF PEOPLE WHO WHERE DISCOVERED TO EITHER BE DIASPORA WORKER OF WITHDRAWING DOUBLE SALARIE FROM THE STATE OR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

The following are few out of many list of persons who are either ghost workers or receiving double salaries

From the College of Education Ankpa, The Auditor-General said one Mr Orokpo David who was born in 1961 and joined civil service in 1977 and has worked for 39yrs was discovered to have been cleared by the screening committee. 

In the case of diaspora workers; Hon Okala said many people who draw salary from the Kogi state government and the LGAs were discovered in the course of their exercise. He gave example of Mr Okoro Andrew claiming to be working with Ibaji LGA, made all his withdrawal at Fed secretariat but when contacted, he said he was a staff of the Federal Civil Service Commission but draws salary from Ibaji Local Government Area.
Comfort Maji, diaspora worker based in Lagos claimed to be working in Ofugo LGA primary School, Ankpa. Omachi Idi Inikpi is a diaspora worker who made all his withdrawal at Mararaba, Abuja.
Mr Ojo Oyewumi is a staff of Yagba East, made withdrawal in Lokoja and never shown up at his claimed place of work.
Ojonuba Ojone of Dekina made all her withdrawal in Lokoja in the past 10yrs and was screened.
He said many people were also discovered to be receiving double salaries from the state and LGAs and some even receive double salaries from the state government simultaneously.
Mr Akagwu Simeon Ogwuche a staff of KSU was also discovered as staff of Hospital management board.
Dr Oladele Joshua, double employment from KSU and Health management board.
Solomon Adebayo, double salary from state and local government.
Achimugu Moses A, work as a staff of Igalamela with a UBA account & has another name as Adejo Moses A as staff of Head of Service with Ecobank account.
Owolabi Joseph work with Ogori LGEA Pri Sch and another name Owolabi Joseph O working with STEP.
Odoma Shaibu Pri Sch Teacher Ofu and also work with STEP with accounts in UBA and Access bank.
Baiye Asuku works with Adavi and Okehi simultaneously and draw salary from both local governments.
Abubakar Umar, working with Ankpa LGA and ministry of education in Lokoja.
Khalid Muhammed was discovered as staff of Kogi State Emergency Management agency but actually work with the Fed Uni Lokoja and a staff of Omala LGA.

In the case of Khalid, a call was put across to him by a member of the committee and he confirmed he was a staff of the federal university Lokoja. The committee member told Khalid he wanted to see him that one of his sister is looking for admission and needed help. Khalid asked what course and her JAMB's scores? Khalid was identified through this conversation as a staff of federal university but draw salary from state and local government of Kogi state.

These and many more revelations were made at the town hall meeting in government house, Lokoja yesterday.

In the case of Kogi State University, Anyigba, the screening committee was made to disregard the recent appointments made in 2015, therefore, 346 employment made was in violation of screening guidelines and were regarded as non genuine employees of Kogi state.

Dr Alabi Oladele was screened to be staff of KSU and also staff of Health Management board with combined salary of N555,000 monthly.
